Facility permitting, compliance monitoring, record keeping and reporting. Develops of policies and procedures. Prepares position papers and draft comments regarding legislative and regulatory impacts. Compliance audits; evaluates, determines and creates reports on compliance status. Investigates mitigation options and prepares reports and recommendations on actions required. Reviews plan submittal and make appropriate changes to comply with local and state regulations. Prepare clear, concise and comprehensive reports, memoranda and correspondences. Design reclaimed water retrofit systems. Inspect reclaimed water sites, perform shut down tests, dye tests, and drip tests. Respond to Customer complaints as they arise. Hold training sessions for company personnel, client personnel, and the client’s customers. Administer the City of Corona's Backflow Program.
